Well Barn

Well Barn is a wonderful barn conversion tucked away in the charming village of Langham, just a short drive from the beautiful coastal village of Blakeney with its picturesque harbour. The property is walking distance from The Bluebell Pub, a popular gastro pub serving wonderful locally sourced dishes.  The property offers two comfortable bedrooms, an open plan living space, off road parking and a fully enclosed, south-facing garden. The neutral tones and quality furnishings throughout will help our guests feel relaxed the moment they enter this charming home.

The kitchen is well equipped and spacious, with plenty of cupboard and work top space surrounding the wooden dining table seating four guests. The owners have ensured the kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need including oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, toaster, washer/drier and Amazon Alexa.

The cosy living space features two comfortable sofas surrounding a SMART TV and wood burning stove, ideal for winter evenings warming up after brisk walks along the coastal path! The owners kindly provide a starter pack of logs for you on arrival.

Doors from the living area lead to the ground floor second bedroom featuring zip and link beds which can be made up as twins or as a king size bed upon request. (please give us atleast 2 weeks notice of your preference). A large wardrobe and dressing table are provided and French doors lead out to the pretty garden.

Also situated on the ground floor is the family bathroom with cast iron slipper bath, shower, WC , wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

The stunning master bedroom is situated on the mezzanine level and features a sumptuous super king size bed. (please note, this room is open to the living space below)

French doors from the main living space lead out to the fully enclosed, south-facing garden is laid to lawn and features garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. It is the ideal space for relaxing and dining al-fresco in the summer months. Well Barn features a well at the entrance to the garden, hence the property name!
