This unique, two bedroom property has a fabulous open plan living space and enjoys stunning far reaching views over Cley marshes. The living area has two comfortable fabric sofas surrounding a wood burning stove and TV with Freeview channels. The well equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer box, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wooden round dining table with seating for four guests. French doors from the ground floor lead on to a gorgeous west facing sun terrace with seating for four guests- the ideal spot to enjoy the wonderful bird activity across the marshes and watch the sunset.

Upstairs the spacious master suite is furnished with a comfortable super king size bed, wardrobe and drawer storage and armchair. This room has en-suite shower room with free-standing shower unit, wash hand basin and w.c.
Steps from the ground floor lead down to the second bedroom is on the which features a king size bed that can be made up as two single beds on request (please give us at-least 2 weeks notice). This room has a dressing table, desk, wardrobe storage with drawers and an en-suite bathroom with a hand held shower attachment, wash hand basin and w.c.
Cley Next The Sea is a historical 18th Century port village with a renowned windmill on the quayside. The village has many attractive brick and flint cottages and a fabulous selection of amenities including an art gallery, ‘Made in Cley’, the famous ‘Cley Smokehouse’ and superb Picnic Fayre Delicatessen and village bakery. There are two pubs and a restaurant in the village with the well-known Wiveton Hall Café just a 10 minute walk away. Sitting in the middle of this Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Conservation Area, Cley Next The Sea is the perfect place for easy access to the saltmarshes and walks out to Blakeney Point.
Woodburner- due to the environmental impact, the owners ask please can guests only use kiln-dried logs on the fire. Thank you.
