Roundstones

Roundstones is a wonderful and characterful cottage, nestling halfway up the High Street, in the beautiful North Norfolk village of Blakeney. If you are looking to escape for a few days to a welcoming, cosy, yet spacious cottage, then Roundstones is perfect for you! Little paned, sash windows are complimented by an authentic mix of flint cobbles and white rendered external walls, which complete the look of this traditional fisherman’s cottage. The internal decoration is to a very high standard and tastefully reflects the relaxing and cosy character of this much sought after cottage. Step inside Roundstones and you will immediately feel at home, greeted with warmth provided by an original oil fired range. The front door leads into a welcoming hall. To the left is a beautifully furnished sitting room with squashy sofas around a log burning stove. The house is centrally heated for those days when there is no need for a roaring log fire. There is a smart tv – perfect for relaxing after those bracing walks by the coast! Superfast, wireless broadband is provided and is accessible throughout the cottage. To the right, off the hallway, is a generous, fully equipped kitchen with a separate hob and built in oven, microwave, generous fitted fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a large refectory table around which you can enjoy some delicious meals. There is a laundry room which houses the washing machine. A stable door from the kitchen leads out onto a delightful loggia with table and chairs for outside dining and a sunny south facing, enclosed garden. Upstairs, the beautifully decorated, spacious master bedroom is sumptuously furnished with cream French furniture including a king size bed and complimented by an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom which is equally generous in size, follows a nautical theme and has twin beds. Also off the landing is a well appointed bath/shower room. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided
A parking pass is provided for the local Harbour Rooms Car Park, less than a 5 minute walk from the property.
