The heart of this home is the cosy living room which features a wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings, Smart TV with Sky, comfortable sofas and a handy desk in the corner of the room for those needing to work from home. Ultrafast internet is included.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing local produce and seafood feasts, with a dining area perfect for slow breakfasts or cosy dinners. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, Smeg fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and kettle.

The outside private courtyard garden is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks under the Norfolk skies. Parking is included, a rare luxury in Cley, and the property’s elevated position offers those all important gorgeous views.

Up the traditional Norfolk winder staircase is one of our favourite features of this property, a stunning master bedroom with far reaching salt marsh views. This bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom features a unique exposed brick and flint wall, beautiful wall mural and sumptuous king size bed. This room makes use of the bathroom featuring shower over the bath, wc and wash hand basin.

There is a third centrally located bedroom which features an additional single day bed. This can be added onto your booking for an additional £50. Please give us atleast 2 weeks notice if you wish to make use of this bedroom.
