Superb views out over the salt marshes can be seen from four of the windows.

Superb views out over the salt marshes can be seen from four of the windows.
The owner has decorated the loft to make the most of the space available and her use of colour and texture in the interior design complements the airy feel. Glass furnishings including the round dining table and desk mirror the architectural use of glass dividing the staircase and mezzanine area and look crisp and sparkling within the setting. Two comfortable sofas are arranged around a faux electric wall ‘fire’ to add ambiance on chilly evenings watching the large flat screen Freesat TV with Dvd and surround sound system. To complete the technical package there is free wi-fi throughout the property. The background heat is provided by electric storage heaters.
The well designed kitchen area includes a large fridge with ice compartment, halogen hob and combi- microwave, oven and grill. There is a dishwasher and a washer/drier all integrated within the shiny white kitchen cupboards.
Also on this floor is the bathroom, fully tiled with a really good shower over the bath which is designed especially for this purpose with an enlarged squared end with glass shower screen. The bathroom also has a large cupboard containing all the utility items one may need.
Stairs lead to the galleried bedroom area with a really comfortable 6ft bed that can be split in to single beds on request. Velux windows with integrated blinds afford another great view towards Cley beach. There is a slim, fitted wardrobe and similar shelved cupboard for clothes storage.
The owner has designed and furnished Granary Loft with great flair and given a lot of thought when choosing the fixtures and fittings to create a wonderful ‘romantic retreat’ for their guests. We are certain it will be one of our most popular properties so do book in good time to ensure there is availability for your stay there.
