Tucked away in a quiet loke of charming properties in the heart of Blakeney village, Gardeners Cottage is simply ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing coastal hideaway. The property has a beautiful country cottage style interior and is well equipped with everything you could possible need! The property certainly lives up to its name, with its delightful, enclosed garden featuring pretty seasonal flowers, a large lawn for games in the summer, outdoor seating for al-fresco dining and a BBQ.

The hub of the house is the open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room featuring French doors leading out onto the gravel terrace and south facing garden. The kitchen has quality cream painted units with granite work surfaces and a huge island unit containing a couple Belfast sink and dishwasher. The four oven electric cream AGA range is ideal for all your cooking needs and a huge fridge/freezer provides plenty of food storage. A delonghi coffee machine and separate wine fridge are also provided.

Diving the kitchen and sitting areas is a large pine dining table seating 14 guests making it the ideal space for the group to gather together for a home-cooked meal! The comfortable seating area has two comfortable sofas sitting opposite a huge Smart TV with Netflix provided. This room really is the ideal social space!

The separate cosy sitting room is the ideal quiet space for sitting infront of the wood burner with a good book! This room also features a Smart TV with access to Netflix.

Situated off the ground floor rear hallway is two large bedrooms with king size beds. You will be fighting over the master room with its romantic four poster bed, mahogany furniture and TV. The large en-suite features a lovely claw foot bath, walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin.

The rear King size room has French doors leading out to a little courtyard with bistro set, the ideal space for a quiet morning coffee in the sunshine! A door from this room leads into a large utility room with fitted units containing a Butlers sink, second fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor is a separate bathroom with wc, wash hand basin and bath with handheld shower attachment.

Upstairs, there is a further three gorgeous bedrooms all set under the sloping eaves which gives great character. Skylights and windows make all of these rooms light and bright. There is a large king size bed with a French upholstered bed, dressing table, storage and single bed. The en-suite has a claw foot bath plus a walk in shower, wash hand basin and wc.

The fourth bedroom has a sumptuous king size bed and can be converted into a ‘family bedroom’ with two additional single beds which can be added onto your booking for an extra £70, bringing the occupancy to 14. (please give us at least 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to add these onto your booking). Bedroom five has a standard double bed and single bed. A family bathroom features a bath with shower above, wash hand basin and wc.

Gardeners Cottage has been thoughtfully styled to provide guests with comfortable, practically holiday accommodate. A property with such a beautiful garden and plenty of parking is extremely sought after in Blakeney village so its no surprise Gardeners Cottage is a firm favourite with our guests!
