Cuckoo Cottage

Cuckoo Cottage is a charming, two bedroom cottage situated in the coastal village of Blakeney, just a short stroll from the Quay, local eateries and boutique shops. The wonderful owners have lovingly refurbished the home, still retaining many of the traditional cottage features.

One enters the property via a stable door opening into the utility area housing the washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and WC. This room leads into the kitchen/dining area equipped with everything the holiday chef could need including oven, hob and microwave.  The dining table seats four guests and this room enjoys the warmth and ambience provided by the wood burner in winter months. The kitchen leads into a cosy living room furnished with two comfortable sofas, SMART TV and wood burning stove.

A staircase leads up to the two interlinked bedrooms. The twin bedroom gives access to the main bedroom featuring a king size bed leading to the family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath, wc and wash hand basin.

At the front of the property is a small enclosed courtyard area with a bench for seating. A table and chairs and charcoal BBQ are provided in the summer months.

Cuckoo Cottage is ideally situated for exploring all this beautiful area of the coastline has to offer. You are spoilt for choice with picturesque walks, birdwatching spots and wonderful scenery. A wonderful selection of cafes, eateries and boutique shops are less than 10 minutes walk from the property making Cuckoo Cottage a wonderful place to base yourself when visiting North Norfolk.
