Avocet Cottage is a two bedroom cottage, set over three floors, located in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea and is just a stones throw from the Quay where the infamous sailing boat ‘The Albatross’ is moored. Avocet Cottage has contemporary and coastal interiors throughout, with touches of traditional features that create a homely feel within this property, with the added benefit of an upstairs balcony and private courtyard with bistro seating. Wells-next-the-Sea is a beautiful coastal town in North Norfolk, with boutique and independent shops, restaurants, pubs and your typical coastal features including arcades, ice cream and fish and chip shops. The sandy beach at Wells is a delightful day out for the whole family, and the Miniature Beach Train that runs from the town to the beach during the summer months is an activity in itself!

Avocet Cottage has a well-equipped, contemporary kitchen with traditional features. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave and a Nespresso machine (a starter pack of coffee pods are provided).
