This sympathetically restored, historic property has its own private parking space for one car and a good-sized, pretty courtyard garden (a rarity in the centre of the village). The majority of the property is set over two floors with a fantastic third floor mezzanine bedroom. This incorporates the old Granary’s hoist housing, which has been converted into a relaxing seated area that extends from the property, with picture windows allowing guests to linger and watch the ever-changing and spectacular view over Blakeney Channel.
Entry to the property is directly from the High Street, up a small flight of wooden stairs to the first floor. This is a lovely, open-plan living area. The ceiling above the living/dining area is open to the eaves, creating a wonderful spacious feel. There is a good-sized dining table that will easily seat 6, as well as two comfortable sofas, large LED smart TV with free Netflix account, a DVD player and a variety of board games, toys, books and DVDs. Leading from the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and halogen top stove. A large family bathroom completes the accommodation on this floor. Outside, the balcony has been extended so visitors can now sit, watching the world go by.

In addition, west-facing double doors opening to a Juliet balcony, which offers a further stunning view over the marshes, a perfect place to take afternoon tea or something stronger, while watching the sun go down. New picture windows have further opened up the panoramic view westwards along the coast towards Morston.
From the first floor, a carpeted staircase leads down to the ground floor and access to the large, sheltered, west-facing patio garden with its table and chairs.
On the ground floor, there are two further bedrooms both with en-suites, and a utility room with a washer/dryer. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated. One has a king-sized bed and an en-suite shower-room; the other has twin beds that can be linked together to make a 5ft double. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
