Church View is a stunning, beautifully furnished home in the sought-after coastal village of Cley Next The sea. The property certainly lives up to its name, with its fantastic views of Cley Church and the surround fields from many of the rooms. The home boasts four lovely bedrooms, a wonderful open-plan living space, parking for two cars and a lovely outside terrace making it an ideal retreat for families or friends looking to explore all this beautiful area of the coastline has to offer.

The luxurious open-plan living space at Church View is the ‘hub’ of the house and is the ideal place for all to gather together. The sitting area boasts a large Smart TV with the full BT package including sports to enjoy and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. The comfortable sofas and selection of games make this room family friendly and extremely welcoming to guests. Bi-fold doors from here lead out onto the terrace bringing the outside in during the summer months.

The kitchen/dining area has been equipped with everything you could possibly require including induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and a large wooden dining table seating eight guests. A separately utility area houses a washer/dryer and is an added benefit as it allows for more storage. There is a downstairs W/C next to the main entrance to the property. One enters the property into a separate ‘snug’ room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a comfortable super king bed with plenty of clothes storage and homely details throughout. The room is light and airy and enjoys views of Cley Church. The en-suite has a walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

As with the master bedroom, the second bedroom has a super king bed and a light and airy feel. Plenty of storage is provided.

Bedroom three has a king size bed and chest of drawers storage. The fourth bedroom features wooden bunk beds and wardrobe storage. The modern family bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin.

The courtyard garden at Church View enjoys stunning views of the Church and fields beyond. There is outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ provided making it a wonderful place to dine al-fresco in the summer months.
